The ongoing story of a large breed rescue dog's 2nd chance. Before buying a puppy consider a rescue. Most are given up due to financial reasons and not behaviour. A dog sitting in a shelter is probably house trained, at least partially obedience trained and just aching to impress. Your nearest shelter is open to all levels of experience (or inexperience) - talk to them.
